This block of 90 apartments is situated in Bloomsbury within walking distance of Euston Square tube or Russell Square tube stations. There is a porter on duty, 24 hour reception/security facilities and lifts to all floors. Linen is changed weekly and there is security controlled access.

The studio apartments can either be double or twin and some studios also have an additional single sofa bed so they can sleep 3 on request. All apartments have well equipped kitchenettes with refrigerator, oven and hob, but no washing machine. Microwave ovens are available on request at no additional charge.

There is a colour television and direct dial telephone. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. No other cleaning services are included in the rates, although additional cleaning is available for a nominal charge. Although there are no laundry facilities in the apartments, there is a launderette within easy walking distance.
