Redburn Street is situated off Flood Street leading up to Kings Road, and our flat is located in one of the Victorian houses that line the street. Owned by an interior designer, this is a beautifully and immaculately decorated flat. It is very quietly situated, but within easy walking distance to the Kings Road and all the shops and restaurants.   

Down eight (steep) steps of non-slip polished granite to lower ground patio area, then past the bay windows of the sitting room to the front door of the flat. Enter straight into the sitting room which has a stone flagged passage through to the kitchen.  You can see straight through to the beautifully paved and walled garden, so there is a feeling of lightness in the flat.

The sitting room area is carpeted, and is comfortably furnished with arm chairs and a sofa, some occasional chairs and tables.  There is a working gas fire and book shelves either side of the fireplace.  TV, DVD and internet access.

There is under-floor heating throughout the flat.  The bedroom has an air-conditioning unit and has a 6’ (king-size) bed and a chest of drawers on each side of the bed.  There is a small dressing area with a linen cupboard, and this leads through to a wet room with marble tiled shower area (no bath).  There are large hanging cupboards in the passage outside the bedroom door.

The good-sized kitchen is well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer, and there is a table to seat six.  From the kitchen doors (with security locks) you go out to the lovely walled garden (approximately 15’ x 16’) with a table and chairs – this area can be lit up in the evenings.  

The whole flat is beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and is very well lit.  Frosted glass velux windows in the bathroom and dressing area give natural light to the bedroom.
