Playhouse Court was originally a coffee or tea warehouse built around 1850. It has now been cleverly converted into apartments and is also the home of Southwark Playhouse, a successful Fringe Theatre. Ours is a superb, very spacious 1100 sq.ft warehouse conversion apartment. It is on the 2nd floor (walk-up – no lift), and is open plan with wooden flooring and brick walls.
